What a fantastic hotel! Check in was so easy, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My travel companions noticed that there was a few items left in the fridge when we checked in and it was removed immediately with a sincere apology from the manager. Plus they sent us up a fruit tray, a dessert plate and arranged some cute “animal” towels for our inconvenience. I personally have NEVER gotten that kind of service before!! Hands down the hotel is a must book! The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the room with the king bed and bunk beds upstairs was unique and spacious. I will stay here again. Definitely!!!

We booked a family room which is non functional Mainly, the 2 queen sized beds were fused together so the only way you get on and off the beds is to crawl on top of the beds, you do that also to use the phone and access the light switches. No space whatsoever to dangle your legs. The toilet is separate from the shower, that is alright . I couldnt comprehend why the only sink is just across the beds situated neither in the toilet nor the shower. You basically lather your hands with soap after using the toilet and have to rush to the sink to rinse your hands. There is no table or chairs, closets or hangers. The blow dryer and clothes iron are available upon request. The hot water is a hit and miss. Some of our companions opted to shorten their stay because we were all uncomfortable and we booked this for 1 night only. If you need to stay longer, you should DEFINITELY NOT BOOK this hotel. The family room is a trap sadly. Not worth the money we paid for it.

The Hotel is beautiful, clean and accessible. Hotel rooms are clean and pillows are comfortable however, the room is missing a chair to sit on, suggesting that a room at least should have 1 chair. Food selection is good and pet friendly. Hotel staffs are friendly and accomodating - front desk: Jucel, Catherine, Concierge person, Security guards abd the Day Manager on Duty. Thank you so much for our family's nice Christmas stay at Mella Hotel. Keep up the good work and more power. 👏😊🇵🇭

This 'newish' 5 y.o.hotel is highly commendable. It is not a big hotel thus one can enjoy the peace and quiet most nights, no queueing and no crowds. The location is great with easy, close amenities - drugstore, restos, fast food, church and grab. The staff from the entrance to room cleaners are courteous, accommodating, friendly and helpful.The decor & colour scheme and ambience of the ground floor particularly the lobby is super, awesome. I enjoyed the Filipino cuisine breakfast buffet, reasonable variety every 2 or 3 days, except there's no choice for the hot drink - only plain coffee. Room is clean. Needs attention and long term fixing 319: the aircon drain pipe was leaking at the bathroom door. Thank you, Mella Hotel. I'll be back and will recommend you to my travelling mates.

Great value for money! I enjoyed mella hotel during my first stay. My second stay was BETTER! I want to commend the assistant, Abie Delos Reyes. He is very hands-on. He makes sure that everything is in order. He made us feel very comfortable and at home. He makes me want to live here!

Lobby was impressive. Room was very small and pillow was too hard to rest on. Hot water was not functioning well. The worst is, one person was allocated only 1 (350ml) drinking water and you got to pay extra. The hotel does provide a small tiny pool and a store room alike gym room. Location might be good for the locals who drive, not for tourists from overseas

This place's interior decor is gorgeous. The warm atmosphere, included breakfast, and pool make it well worth the price. My family and I are soon to travel here.
